But before he could set out on this adventure, Jhonnatan found himself immersed in the construction industry, a field that taught him the values of discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving. These early lessons shaped not just his career but his character, laying a foundation that would support his future ambitions.
One day, Jhonnatan came across an opportunity with Crewit Resourcing, a company he discovered through SENA Empleo. I have been involved in the refrigeration industry in my hometown, known for its livestock and agricultural production. At the beginning of 2022, my life took an unexpected turn when I heard some news on the radio that would change my destiny. A group of butchers had traveled to Poland and left an email address to send resumes. Without hesitation, I decided to send mine. A few months later, I received a call from Crewit, a company that offered me a unique opportunity in Lithuania.
