A heartfelt thank you to the Cultúr Migrant Centre for hosting such a fantastic and meaningful job fair in Navan!
Our team was delighted to take part in this vibrant community event, where we had the opportunity to meet individuals from all walks of life who are ready to take the next step in their careers. We were there to spotlight the wide range of apprenticeship opportunities available through Crewit’s Apprenticeship Programme and the response was nothing short of inspiring.
From curious school-leavers to skilled workers new to Ireland, we spoke with so many motivated people, all eager to explore new career paths in industries like construction, engineering, logistics, and beyond. The conversations we had were filled with energy, optimism, and a shared sense of possibility.

At the fair, we met people with a wide range of stories, strengths, and aspirations. Some were looking for their first hands-on experience in a trade. Others brought existing qualifications from abroad and were eager to convert their skills into Irish industry standards. What united them all was a clear desire for meaningful, supported employment.
Our role is to guide each person through the process of accessing paid, structured training with real employers who are invested in their success. And we’re proud to offer that bridge.
