Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in a workshop setting, addressing potential hazards proactively.
• Deliver health and safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions tailored to workshop teams.
• Collaborate with supervisors to promote a strong safety culture and implement best practices.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety processes and procedures specific to workshop operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
• 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to fostering a safe work environment.
