Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead their Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll functions. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance, directly supporting the Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AP and AR teams, ensuring efficiency in invoice processing and collections.
- Oversee payroll, ensuring timely and compliant administration.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and provide accurate forecasts to maintain financial stability.
- Develop and implement financial policies to optimize operations and minimize risks.
- Collaborate across departments, offering financial insights to support business growth.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and ongoing financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with VAT and other financial regulations.
- Mentor and guide team members to promote professional development and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a finance management role.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR processes, payroll management, and VAT regulations.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
