Job Title: Student Accommodation Administrator
Location: Santry, Co. Dublin
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (until October 2025)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Student Accommodation Administrator to join the growing team of our client. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation services. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodation Management:
- Manage day-to-day administration of student accommodation.
- Process student applications, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Contract Administration:
- Prepare, review, and issue tenancy agreements for new residents.
- Ensure all contracts are signed and filed appropriately.
- Monitor contract renewals and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintenance Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and the maintenance team.
- Log maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Follow up with the maintenance team and residents to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Service:
- Address student and parent inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
- Provide information about accommodation policies, facilities, and local amenities.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update databases with student and property details.
- Generate reports on occupancy, maintenance activities, and other metrics.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle billing inquiries and liaise with the finance department as needed.
- Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or student accommodation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and adjust to business needs.
