We are seeking a highly skilled Section Manager to oversee the construction of commercial and multi-unit residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality developments while working with a dynamic and growing construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee all construction activities within your assigned section, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety protocols, and company quality standards.
• Health & Safety: Enforce health & safety policies, carrying out risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report updates to senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve on-site challenges to maintain efficiency and avoid delays.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role on commercial or large-scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and BCAR compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site safety certifications.
