Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting construction developments while advancing your career in a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-contract phase – Review tender files and assist in setting commercial targets.
- Contract period – Procure subcontractors, manage documentation, oversee cost control, handle contractual correspondence, and prepare in-house reports.
- Post-contract phase – Finalize subcontractor accounts and complete all required documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with a building contractor.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in industry-related systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
