Are you an experienced Finishing Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial fitout projects? We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the finishing stages of high-end office, retail, and hospitality projects in Dublin.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising all finishing trades, including carpentry, joinery, painting, tiling, and flooring.
- Ensuring top-quality finishes in line with project specifications and client expectations.
- Managing subcontractors and site teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Conducting snagging inspections and quality control checks before project handover.
- Coordinating with suppliers, designers, and architects to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Finishing Supervisor in commercial fitout projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-end finishes.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, site personnel, and project timelines effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with snagging tools/software is an advantage.
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant site safety certifications.
