We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Façade Manager to oversee the façade elements of our large-scale residential and commercial developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on some of the most ambitious projects in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in daily operations related to façade construction.
• Coordinate façade elements across multiple subcontractor packages, ensuring seamless integration.
• Develop and manage the façade construction programme, tracking progress from design through to installation.
• Oversee technical submittals, approvals, and compliance with BCAR regulations.
• Manage sample procurement, testing regimes, and material tracking for façade components.
• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, performance requirements, and drawings.
• Utilize BIM and other digital tools for quality assurance and performance tracking.
• Ensure onsite testing, snagging, and handover documentation meet all required standards.
• Review and validate any variations associated with the façade scope.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure all works meet industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing façade projects, with at least 5 years at a senior level.
• Strong subcontractor management skills and the ability to deliver projects on schedule.
• Trade qualification or a construction-related degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
