Crewit Resourcing Group Achieve Great Place To Work Certification

This May, Crewit Resourcing Group, including Nuvo Healthcare Recruitment, achieved our ‘Great Place to Work’ certification.

Led by our Nuvo Healthcare Recruitment Managing Director, Amie Colgan, our team went through the four-step process required to pass. This included a Trust Index© Employee Survey, creating a Culture Brief©, a review and a threshold assessment.

Our ‘Above and Beyond’ culture stood fourth and exceeded the requirements to be a certified ‘Great Place to Work’.

“During a period of high growth, our team have pulled together more than ever before. Going ‘Above and Beyond’ for not only our candidates and clients, but for each other. This is a team that I am immensely proud to lead and achieving our ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification is another reason why.” – Gary O’Keeffe, CEO – Crewit Resourcing Group.

What is Great Place to Work?

Great Place to Work is a recognition programme that helps companies with stellar cultures gain the certification they deserve. During the process of getting certified, they capture valuable employee feedback and recommend improvements to improve your place of work. As a job seeker, you can trust that Great Place to Work certified organisations have met a level of expectations higher than average.

“A Great Place to Work® is one where: you trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do, and enjoy the people you work with.” Robert Levering, Co-Founder, Great Place to Work

Achieving Multiple ISO Certifications

Achieving Multiple ISO Certifications

Crewit Resourcing was recently awarded multiple ISO certifications in recognition of their management systems.

The company management systems that we have in place were audited against a range of criteria by Alcumus ISOQAR, a respected UKAS accredited certification body. As a result, we have been awarded three certifications in demonstration of exceeding the guidelines, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

“Achieving our ISO Standards in not 1, but 3 different categories demonstrates our commitment to going above and beyond for quality and detail. Our clients, candidates and team members can be confident that we are keeping ourselves to a high-standard and that our compliance operation is world-class.”

– Gary O’Keeffe, Chief Executive Officer.

What ISO Certifications Did We Achieve?

Our management system was tested against a range of criteria, leading to the awarding of certification in three standards:

ISO 9001: 2015 – Quality Management System. Proving our commitment to quality in everything that we do.

ISO 14001: 2015 – Environmental Management. Proving our commitment to the environment and a better world for the future in everything that we do.

ISO 45001: 2018 – Occupational Health and Safety. Proving our commitment to our candidates and team members’ safety in everything that we do.

The Auditor from Alcumus ISOQAR had this to say:

“A positive outcome, with no non-conformances raised or significant issues or concerns identified. The Management System has been effectively implemented and discussions confirmed understanding, co mmitment & implementation by the Senior Management. The company’s approach to its Management System provides an overall framework for development of the system, compliance with requirements and process for continuous improvement.”

What are International Standards Organization Standards?

ISO standards are an agreed set of criteria internationally agreed upon by experts. Managed and governed by the International Standards Organisation, certification against these criteria can be achieved by business globally, providing that they meet the standard’s criteria. These standards can be for a range of activities, such as delivering service, caring for the environment or managing people’s data.

For more information on the International Standards Organisation and the standards can be found here.
