Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Piping Supervisor to oversee the design, installation, and management of complex piping systems on high-value industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless delivery of piping works, managing subcontractors while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.


Key Responsibilities:
In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows:

  • Design and supervise the installation of piping systems in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop piping layouts, material specifications, and technical documentation for large industrial projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality inspections, and troubleshooting to promptly resolve challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of piping systems within broader project components.
  • Prepare detailed reports, progress updates, and comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations across all piping works.
  • Maintain a proactive and organized approach to project execution, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on piping systems.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects in the pharma, MedTech, or data centre sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and project milestones are achieved.
  • Strong technical expertise in piping materials, stress analysis, and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME, PED).
  • Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, SmartPlant, or similar tools.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with the resilience to deliver under pressure and meet project deadlines.
